Alexander Mrazek, a Chicago native, currently resides in Central Florida. After being accepted into the BFA Acting program at the University of Florida in 2007, he participated in several productions there, along with various community theaters and organizations. After graduating, he continued his stay in Gainesville, working as the Company Manager and a Summer Camp teacher/director at the Hippodrome Theatre.
In 2009, he moved to Orlando where he began working with Sea World and the Nickelodeon Resort. He soon joined Orlando Shakespeare Theatre, Universal Studios, Walt Disney World, and Sleuth's Mystery Dinner Shows. Alex has also worked on film projects with University of Central Florida, Full Sail, and independent film companies.
The past year, he has written and directed Doro and Diega Explore Middle-Class America: A Choose Your Own Musical Adventure at the Orlando Fringe Festival which won Patron's Pick. He brought back his cabaret, Breaking Type to the MadCow Cab Fest, as well as hosting several events through out Florida.
Favorite roles include Lumiere (Disney's Beauty and the Beast), Robert (Boeing,Boeing), Adam (Complete Works of William Shakespeare Abridged), and John Browdie (Nicholas Nickleby). Apart from his love of performance, Alex also enjoys reading the newest horror novels, decorating for the holidays, and karaoke.
